Deurkozijnmal Bessey TFM-2K — 2-delige malset, 580 g

Bessey TFM-2K is a two-piece door frame jig set designed to support accurate positioning and installation of door frames. The lightweight 580 g kit provides two matching jigs that hold and align frame components during fitting, allowing for precise adjustments and consistent gaps. The tool set is intended for carpentry and door-fitting work where repeatable alignment and secure temporary fixation speed up the installation process.

Advantages

The compact two-piece design offers easy handling and quick placement on frame sections without obstructing the work area. By holding jambs and casings in the correct position, the jig reduces the need for frequent manual clamping and minimizes the risk of misalignment. The low combined weight contributes to portability and comfortable use over extended periods, while a simple mechanical design keeps operation intuitive for both professionals and advanced DIY users.

Suitable for

• Installing internal and external door frames
• Aligning jambs and casings during fitting and trimming
• Carpentry workshops and onsite door installation
• One-person installations where temporary support is required

Key specifications

• Set composition: 2 matching jigs for door frame positioning
• Weight: 580 g (total for the set)
• Material: durable construction suitable for woodworking environments
• Function: holds and aligns frame components during installation

How to use

Place each jig against the door jamb and frame component at the required height and position to achieve the intended gap and alignment. Use the jigs to maintain the relative position of the frame while fastening or shimming; they allow you to make fine adjustments before permanent fixation. The set is intended to be used together so that one piece supports one side of the frame while the other secures the opposite side, enabling stable, repeatable alignment through the installation process.

Recommendations

For best results, ensure the frame and surrounding surfaces are clean and free of debris before positioning the jigs. Combine the jig set with appropriate shims and clamps for permanent fastening, and check alignment with a spirit level during the process. Store the jigs in a dry place to protect the material and maintain reliable performance.
