Diffusieschijf EUROLITE 15x60° voor IP PAR-3

The EUROLITE 15x60° Diffuser Disc for IP PAR-3 modifies the beam of compatible IP PAR-3 fixtures to an asymmetric 15x60° distribution. Intended for professional lighting setups, this optical accessory enables focused wash and accent lighting by reshaping the lamp output into a narrow vertical spread and wider horizontal coverage. The disc is made to fit supported IP-rated PAR-3 housings and provides straightforward beam control without altering the fixture’s core functions.

Advantages

This diffuser disc provides precise asymmetric beam shaping to reduce spill and improve targeted illumination. It allows lighting designers and technicians to create elongated vertical or horizontal wash effects while maintaining a consistent light quality. Installation is simple and reversible, so fixtures can return to their original beam pattern if required. The accessory is suitable for use in indoor and weather-protected outdoor environments when paired with compatible IP-rated PAR-3 fixtures.

Key specifications

How to use

Align the diffuser disc with the front bezel or lens holder of a compatible IP PAR-3 fixture and attach according to the fixture’s accessory mounting method. Ensure the disc is seated securely and oriented so the 15° axis is aligned with the desired narrow direction of the beam. Power the fixture and verify the resulting beam shape, adjusting orientation as needed to achieve the required vertical or horizontal spread. Remove the disc when a symmetric beam or original lens is needed.

Recommendations

Check fixture compatibility before installation and avoid using the disc on fixtures not specified for accessory mounting. For outdoor locations, ensure the fixture’s IP rating remains effective after accessory fitting and avoid exposing the disc to direct heat sources or open flames. Clean with a soft, dry cloth and avoid solvents that may damage the optical material.
