Coaxkabel Preisner FS-KK2015 1,5m F wit

The Preisner FS-KK2015 is a 1.5 m coaxial cable with F-type connectors at both ends, designed for signal transmission between audiovisual devices. Its white jacket and compact length make it suitable for short runs where a tidy appearance is needed, such as connecting set-top boxes, satellite receivers, digital tuners or TV wall sockets. The cable construction supports stable RF signal transfer and is intended for indoor use in home and office installations.

Advantages

The cable offers a standardized F connector interface on each end for direct mating with common TV, satellite and RF equipment. At 1.5 m length it reduces excess slack while allowing flexible placement of devices. The white outer sheath provides a discreet look against light-coloured walls and furniture, and the cable’s build aims to maintain consistent impedance and low signal loss across typical TV frequency ranges.

How to use

Connect one F connector to the RF output of the signal source (for example a satellite or terrestrial receiver) and the other F connector to the RF input of the destination device (such as a television or set-top box). Hand-tighten the threaded F connectors until secure; avoid overtightening with tools to prevent damage to connector threads. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching points, and keep it away from strong electrical noise sources where possible to reduce interference.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable for short indoor runs as intended, avoid excessive bending near the connector ends, and replace the cable if the outer sheath or connector integrity is compromised. If longer runs or outdoor installations are required, choose a cable rated for those conditions and with appropriate shielding levels.
