Televes 2-voudige richtingsplitter 5-1218 MHz, 9 dB aftakdemping, F-type 519421

2-way directional tap for distributing RF signals in indoor CATV and satellite IF systems. The tap delivers a 9 dB coupled signal to each of its two outputs while passing the main line with minimal insertion loss across the full 5-1218 MHz band.

Advantages

Die-cast Zamak housing provides high shielding effectiveness (>100 dB, Class A) to prevent signal leakage and ingress. The tap outputs are DC-blocked, preventing interference from connected devices, while the through path passes DC for remote powering of line amplifiers.

Suitable for

• Indoor distribution networks in residential and commercial buildings
• Feeding multiple TV outlets from a single trunk line
• Systems requiring DC pass-through on the main line

Key specifications

• Frequency range: 5-1218 MHz
• Tap loss: 9 dB
• Through loss: 1.5 dB (5-40 MHz), 2.0 dB (40-862 MHz), 2.5 dB (862-1218 MHz)
• Isolation between tap outputs: >20 dB
• Return loss: >18 dB
• Connector: F-type female
• Impedance: 75 Ohm
• DC pass: Input to output; blocked on tap outputs

Recommendations

For indoor use only. Ensure proper termination of unused ports to maintain system performance.
