How to use

Mount the Preisner UKW2 on a stable surface or attach it in a location with clear line-of-sight toward broadcast sources when possible. Connect the antenna to the device’s FM/UKW coaxial input using an appropriate coaxial cable and, if required, an adapter compatible with the tuner. After connection, perform a channel or frequency scan on the receiving device to identify the available stations and fine-tune the antenna position to optimize signal strength and audio quality.

Recommendations

For best results, place the antenna as high and as unobstructed as possible within the installation area and avoid placement near large metal objects or sources of electrical interference. If reception remains weak, consider a longer coaxial cable run to an exterior mounting point or combining the antenna with a low-noise FM preamplifier compatible with the receiving equipment.
