Digitus CAT 8.1 keystone-module afgeschermd gereedschapsvrije aansluiting 4 stuks

DIGITUS® DN-93816-4 is a shielded CAT 8.1 keystone module designed for high-speed 25/40GBase-T transmission in data center Top-of-Rack (ToR) and Middle-of-Rack (MoR) cabling. It supports permanent link lengths up to 24 m and channel link lengths up to 30 m, offering compact dimensions that allow series installation of 24 modules in a 483 mm (19") 1U panel.

Advantages

The shielded CAT 8.1 construction delivers improved signal integrity and reduced interference for demanding Ethernet environments. Tool-free mounting connection simplifies installation and maintenance. Compact keystone format enables dense panel population and flexible deployment in standard 19" 1U racks.

Key specifications

• Standard: Category 8.1 / 25/40GBase-T ISO/IEC 11801
• Frequency: 2000 MHz
• Conductor support: AWG 22/1 – 26/7
• Transmission range: Permanent Link up to 24 m; Channel Link up to 30 m
• Mounting: Tool-free keystone module
• Compatibility: 483 mm (19") 1U panel, up to 24 units in series
• Brand / Model: DIGITUS® DN-93816-4

How to use

Insert the keystone module into a compatible 19" panel cutout and secure it using the tool-free latching mechanism. Terminate compatible AWG 22/1 to 26/7 cables according to the chosen cabling scheme, observing shielding continuity. Use the module within the specified permanent and channel link lengths to maintain 25/40GBase-T performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, pair the module with shielded cabling and maintain proper grounding of the shield. Verify link lengths and test the assembled links with appropriate certification equipment to confirm compliance with Category 8.1 requirements.
