Digitus glasvezelkoppeling duplex LC naar LC MM OM3 aqua

Fiber optic couplings provide precise, low-loss connections for splice housings and other network enclosures. Each coupling includes a ceramic sleeve that ensures accurate alignment of ferrules and consistent optical performance, making it suitable for data networks, FTTH installations, data centers and telecommunications environments where stable signal transmission is required.

Advantages

Designed for long-term use in splice boxes and junction enclosures, these couplings offer robust and reliable mechanical construction. The ceramic sleeve enables precise alignment for low insertion loss and repeatable connections. The compact form factor allows straightforward installation in splice boxes and patch panels, and included dust caps protect ferrules during storage and installation.

Key specifications

• Type: fiber optic coupling with ceramic sleeve
• Application: splice boxes, patch panels, junction boxes, FTTH
• Performance: low insertion loss, stable optical alignment
• Design: compact for easy installation
• Accessories: dust caps included

How to use

Install the coupling into the splice box or panel opening, ensure the ceramic sleeve is aligned with the enclosure mounting, insert fiber connectors into the adapter until they seat fully, and close the enclosure. Use the supplied dust caps to protect connector ferrules before and during installation. Verify optical loss with appropriate test equipment after installation.

Recommendations

For best results, handle ferrules and connectors with clean gloves or lint-free wipes, keep dust caps in place until final assembly, and perform insertion loss testing after installation to confirm connection quality.
