The PoE Injector Digitus DN-95103-2 supplies power and data over a single Ethernet cable to PoE-capable devices such as wireless access points, IP phones and network cameras. How to use

Connect one Ethernet cable from your network switch or router to the data input port of the PoE injector and connect the second Ethernet cable from the injector's PoE output to the PoE-capable device. Plug the injector into a mains outlet to power it. The injector operates in plug-and-play mode and requires no software configuration. For longer runs beyond 100 m, use compatible PoE extenders according to the extender manufacturer's instructions.

Recommendations

Install the injector in a ventilated, dry location and use quality Cat5e or Cat6 cables for Gigabit performance. Verify device PoE class and power requirements to ensure the 30 W output is sufficient. For distances over 100 m, plan and test with approved PoE extenders to maintain stable data and power delivery.
