DisplayPort-kabel ShiverPeaks BS30-16095 20 m zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS30-16095 20 m DisplayPort cable is designed for stable high-quality video and audio transmission over an extended distance. With DisplayPort connectors on both ends and a 4.8 mm diameter construction, this cable supports direct connection between PCs, monitors, projectors and other DisplayPort-equipped devices. Manufactured in Germany, it combines a long reach with a compact profile and a minimum bend radius of 2 cm to suit installations where flexibility and space management are important.

Advantages

This DisplayPort cable provides a 20 m reach that allows placement of displays or source devices at a distance without signal loss risks typical of lower-quality alternatives. The slim 4.8 mm diameter and a 2 cm minimum bend radius permit routing through confined spaces and behind furniture while maintaining mechanical durability. Being made in Germany, the cable follows consistent production standards for construction and materials, resulting in dependable daily performance for video streaming, presentations and multimedia setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs or laptops to DisplayPort monitors and professional displays
• Long-reach setups in conference rooms and classrooms for presentations
• Home entertainment systems and dedicated gaming stations requiring a 20 m cable
• AV installations where a slim, flexible cable must be routed through tight spaces

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 m
• Connector type: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Cable diameter: 4.8 mm
• Minimum bend radius: 2 cm
• Colour: Black
• Country of manufacture: Germany

How to use

Plug one DisplayPort connector into the source device (PC, laptop, media player) and the other into the target display or projector designed to accept DisplayPort input. Ensure both devices are powered off or that hot-plugging is supported by the connected hardware before insertion. Route the cable following the minimum bend radius to avoid tight bends; secure or clip the cable where necessary to prevent strain at the connectors. Power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display to begin video and audio transmission.

Recommendations

For reliable signal performance over the 20 m length, avoid tightly coiling the cable and maintain the specified minimum bend radius of 2 cm. Use cable clips or routing channels to reduce mechanical stress at connector ends. Verify DisplayPort input/output settings on connected devices and, if necessary, update graphics drivers to ensure optimal compatibility with high-resolution or high-refresh-rate configurations.
