How to use

Position the IPEVO VZ‑R ULTRA above the document or object you intend to capture and power the unit using the supplied cable. For direct display use, connect the HDMI output to a monitor, projector or interactive flat panel and select the corresponding input on the display. For computer‑assisted capture or online teaching, connect via USB‑C and launch your preferred capture software or video conferencing application; the camera functions as a webcam and supports software controls for image adjustment. Use the autofocus and built‑in LED to optimise clarity and exposure for different materials and lighting conditions.

Recommendations

For best results, place documents on a flat, non‑reflective surface and allow the camera to complete autofocus before capturing images. When using OCR workflows, ensure adequate lighting from the built‑in LED or room lights and minimise movement while capturing. Use HDMI mode for stable, computer‑free presentations and USB‑C mode when you need software features such as annotation or recording.
