How to use

Place A4 sheets inside the folder, aligning edges to keep documents flat. Close the cover to protect contents during storage or transport. For multiple documents, stack evenly to avoid uneven pressure on the cover; for presentation, ensure the cover is clean and uncreased to maintain a professional appearance. Use alongside labels or spine inserts if long-term indexing is required.

Recommendations

Store the folder on a flat surface or upright in a shelf to preserve cover shape. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture to prevent color fading and warping. When carrying multiple folders, use a rigid container or a briefcase to minimize bending.
