Documententas MAILmedia PR23350 B4 wit – documenthouder in B4-formaat, wit

MAILmedia PR23350 B4 White is a lightweight document bag sized for B4 papers, designed to protect and transport documents without folding or soiling. Constructed from a smooth white material, this B4-sized document holder provides a flat protective layer for reports, drawings, certificates and loose sheets. Its slim profile makes it easy to store in briefcases, backpacks or office drawers while keeping paperwork organised during daily use or transit.

Advantages

The MAILmedia document bag offers a rigid but lightweight structure that reduces bending and creasing of stored sheets. Its neutral white finish helps identify contents and maintain a professional appearance. The bag's low volume and flat design allow convenient stacking and filing, and the material is easy to clean, resisting dust and light surface marks.

Suitable for

• Carrying and protecting B4 format reports and drawings
• Organising certificates, forms and loose A4/B5 sheets without folding
• Storage in office cabinets, archive boxes or student backpacks
• Transporting paperwork between meetings, classrooms or project sites

Key specifications

• Format capacity: fits B4-sized documents
• Colour: white
• Design: flat document holder for single or multiple loose sheets
• Weight: lightweight construction for easy carrying
• Finish: smooth surface that is easy to wipe clean

How to use

Open the document bag and insert papers aligned to the edges to avoid curling. For multiple sheets, stack neatly before placing them into the holder to keep contents even and flat. Close and transport the bag in a briefcase or under other items that will not compress the documents. When storing long term, keep the bag in a dry, flat location away from direct sunlight to prevent any discolouration of the white surface.

Recommendations

Use the MAILmedia B4 document bag for everyday transport of non-sensitive paperwork. Avoid exposing the bag to sharp objects or heavy compression to maintain the protective shape. Wipe with a damp cloth for routine cleaning and allow to dry fully before reinserting documents.
