Documenthoes MAILmedia VSD-TASCHE B5 wit 90g – papieren documenthoes voor B5-vellen

MAILmedia VSD-TASCHE B5 White 90g is a paper document sleeve sized for B5 sheets. Made from 90 g white paper, the sleeve provides a lightweight protective layer for loose papers, notes and printed documents during storage and transport. Its simple construction allows easy insertion and removal of contents while keeping documents flat and reducing edge wear. The neutral white surface is suitable for handwriting or labelling to help organise files.

Advantages

The MAILmedia B5 paper sleeve offers a balance of protection and economy: the 90 g paper gives stiffness that helps prevent bending without adding significant weight. Its open-top design permits quick access to documents and makes the sleeve compatible with rapid filing and short-term storage. The white finish provides a clean appearance and a writable surface for names, dates or categories. Being disposable, the sleeve is suitable for temporary transportation, archival sorting or single-use distribution of handouts.

Suitable for

• Protecting and transporting B5-sized sheets, brochures or notes
• Office filing, document sorting and internal distribution
• School and education use: assignments, handouts and student records
• Lightweight mailing or temporary storage of printed materials

Key specifications

• Format: B5 compatible (fits B5 sheets and similarly sized papers)
• Material: white paper, 90 g/m² weight
• Design: open-top sleeve for easy insertion and removal
• Finish: writable surface for labels and notes
• Use: single-use or short-term protection and transport

How to use

Slide B5 sheets or similarly sized documents into the sleeve from the open top edge, ensuring the edges align to maintain a flat profile. For easier identification, write directly on the white paper or attach a label to the front before filing or sending. Use the sleeve for short-term transport, handing out printed materials at events, or organising documents within boxes and folders. Avoid overfilling the sleeve to prevent tearing or deformation of the paper.

Recommendations

Store the sleeves in a dry, cool place to keep the paper from warping. For longer-term preservation or heavier documents, consider using reinforced folders or plastic sleeves. When labelling, use permanent or ballpoint pens for clear, durable marks on the white surface.
