Documenthoezen Bantex Maxi 0809-203 A4, 100 µm mat, pak voor documentbescherming

Bantex Maxi 0809-203 A4 document sleeves are transparent protective pockets with a matt 100 µm film designed to hold and protect A4 papers. These sleeves provide a tear- and moisture-resistant barrier for reports, certificates and everyday documents while preserving a professional appearance. The open-top design allows easy insertion and removal of single sheets or thin stacks and is suitable for filing, presentations and archiving tasks.

Advantages

The matt 100 µm film reduces glare and reflections, improving legibility under bright lighting. The sleeves are tear-resistant and offer protection against spills and light moisture, helping to extend the life of paper documents. Their size and finish maintain a neat, non-reflective look in folders and binders while allowing documents to remain visible. The sleeves slide into A4 folders and lever-arch files without adding excessive bulk.

Suitable for

• Protecting reports, certificates and invoices
• Prepared materials for presentations and meetings
• Archiving and long-term storage of frequently handled documents
• Organising documents in ring binders, folders and filing cabinets

Key specifications

• Format: A4
• Material thickness: 100 µm (matt finish)
• Finish: matt, reduced glare
• Opening: top-open sleeve for easy insertion
• Protection: tear-resistant and moisture-resistant surface
• Compatibility: suitable for standard A4 folders, binders and filing systems

How to use

Insert a single sheet or a thin stack of up to a few pages into the open top of the sleeve, aligning the paper with the sleeve edges to ensure an even fit. Slide the sleeve into a folder, binder or filing pocket as required. For display in presentations, place the sleeve in the front cover or a clear pocket to keep the document flat and readable. To remove documents, grasp the exposed edge and pull out smoothly to avoid catching the paper on the sleeve opening.

Recommendations

Store sleeves flat in a dry, cool environment to prevent bending. Avoid overfilling each sleeve to maintain protective properties and prevent stress on seams. For archival storage, use acid-free folders and keep sleeves away from prolonged direct sunlight to reduce long-term yellowing of paper.
