Draadloos access point TP-LINK EAP775-Wall 9300 Mbit/s, tri-band 2.4/5/6 GHz, 5x RJ-45, PoE, wit

TP-LINK EAP775-Wall is a wall-mountable tri-band wireless access point providing concurrent 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz connectivity with a combined maximum throughput of 9300 Mbit/s. Designed for wired and wireless convergence, the unit integrates five RJ-45 Ethernet ports that support 1G/2.5G rates and accepts IEEE 802.3bt/at Power over Ethernet. With six internal antennas and support for modern Wi-Fi standards, the device delivers high-capacity wireless performance in a compact, white enclosure. Advanced security and management protocols are supported for controlled deployments in commercial or institutional environments.

Advantages

The EAP775-Wall offers tri-band operation that separates traffic across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands to maximise throughput and reduce interference in dense environments. Five Ethernet ports allow simultaneous wired connections and uplink flexibility while PoE support simplifies installation by combining power and data over a single cable. Built-in support for contemporary Wi‑Fi standards and enterprise-grade authentication provides compatibility with a wide range of client devices and secure network access. The compact wall-mount form factor places high-performance wireless coverage where wall outlets and user devices are concentrated.

Suitable for

• High-density offices and open-plan workspaces
• Hotel corridors, rooms and small hospitality suites
• Classrooms, training rooms and lecture halls
• Multi-dwelling units and common areas in residential buildings
• Small retail outlets and public spaces requiring multiple wired clients

How to use

Mount the EAP775-Wall on a standard interior wall using the supplied mounting kit and connect a compatible PoE switch or injector to the primary RJ-45 port to provide power and network connectivity. Configure SSIDs, radio bands and security settings through the vendor management interface or a supported network controller; allocate SSIDs to specific bands where needed to separate legacy and high‑performance devices. Use the additional RJ-45 ports for local wired devices or for daisy-chaining to nearby equipment if required. Monitor performance and manage firmware updates using SNMP or the device management tools.

Recommendations

Place the access point in a central wall location away from large metal objects and heavy RF sources to maximise coverage. Assign high-throughput devices to the 6 GHz or 5 GHz bands and leave 2.4 GHz for legacy or low-bandwidth clients. Use PoE switches that meet IEEE 802.3bt/at requirements to ensure stable power delivery and full device functionality.
