Draadloze DECT-telefoon handset Yealink BTH58 grijs

The Yealink BTH58 Grey is a cordless DECT telephone handset designed to work with compatible DECT bases and systems to provide mobile voice communication. The compact, hand-sized unit offers basic telephony functions in a neutral grey finish and is intended to extend calling capability away from a fixed desk phone while maintaining connection to a supported Yealink DECT infrastructure.

Advantages

The handset provides wireless freedom within the range of a DECT base, enabling users to move around the office or home while staying connected. It supports standard call handling features and pairs with Yealink DECT-enabled devices to expand reach without requiring additional wired connections. Its lightweight design and simple interface make it straightforward to use for routine voice calls.

Suitable for

• Office users who need mobility while handling calls within a DECT coverage area
• Home environments where a cordless handset is preferred for convenience
• Small businesses or reception areas extending a DECT system to additional users

When it may not be suitable

This handset is intended to be used with compatible DECT bases and systems; it will not function as a standalone VoIP adapter or replace devices that require integrated advanced telephony features such as large colour displays, touchscreen controls, or native video calling. It also relies on the DECT base for network connectivity and advanced configuration, so environments without a compatible base will not be supported.

Key specifications

• Form factor: cordless DECT handset
• Colour: grey
• Primary function: voice call handling (make and receive calls)
• Connectivity: DECT pairing to compatible base stations
• Intended use: portable handset for office or home environments

How to use

Pair the Yealink BTH58 with a compatible DECT base following the base station's pairing procedure. Once paired, use the handset to dial, answer, and end calls via its on-device controls. Place the handset on its charging cradle or dock when not in use to maintain battery charge according to the base station or charger instructions. For system-level settings, access the DECT base or the supporting phone system interface.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify compatibility with your existing DECT base or Yealink DECT-enabled system
• Confirm that DECT range and coverage meet your mobility needs within office or home spaces
• Consider whether advanced telephony features (large display, video, or touchscreen) are required

Recommendations

Use the BTH58 as an additional or replacement cordless handset within an established Yealink DECT environment; ensure regular charging and place the handset within the DECT base coverage area for reliable call quality.
