Draagbare schuurmachine DEDRA DED7743

The Portable sander DEDRA DED7743 is designed for efficient sanding of various surfaces. It combines a lightweight housing with a powerful motor and adjustable speed control to provide consistent results on wood, metal, and plastic. The ergonomic shape and compact size support extended use with reduced user fatigue, making this sander suitable for renovation, finishing and preparatory work.

Advantages

The tool offers a balance of power and portability: a motor capable of delivering effective abrasive action while the compact design enables access to confined spaces. Variable speed control allows matching sanding aggressiveness to the material and task. Built with attention to handling, the sander provides a stable base for uniform surface removal and a design that simplifies changing abrasive sheets.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wooden panels, trim and furniture
• Removing paint, varnish and surface coatings
• Deburring and light surface preparation on metal parts
• Shaping and finishing plastic components and composites

Key specifications

• Tool type: portable orbital/finishing sander
• Power range: designed for medium-duty sanding tasks
• Speed control: adjustable variable-speed setting for different materials
• Sandpaper attachment: quick-change compatible sanding pad
• Ergonomics: lightweight, compact housing with grip contours for control
• Dust management: integrated dust extraction port for connection to vacuum

How to use

Secure the appropriate abrasive sheet to the sanding pad and connect a dust extractor if available. Start the sander at a low speed to position it on the workpiece, then increase speed as needed to achieve the desired material removal. Move the sander with steady, overlapping passes along the surface, avoiding prolonged stops in one spot to prevent uneven sanding. Replace worn abrasive sheets and check the sanding pad for damage before continuing.

Recommendations

Use protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding. Select abrasive grit and speed based on material: coarser grits and higher speeds for rapid removal, finer grits and lower speeds for finishing. Maintain the tool by clearing dust from vents and inspecting the pad regularly; store in a dry place to preserve performance.
