DSIT CAT 6 netwerkkabel LSOH - S/FTP - 30 m - violet (DC-S68-300)

For installations where safety and signal integrity cannot be compromised, this DSIT CAT 6 cable stands apart with its S/FTP shielding and LSOH jacket. Each of the four twisted pairs is individually foil-wrapped, and the entire bundle is protected by an outer braided screen—a dual-layer defence that virtually eliminates alien crosstalk in high-density racks. The violet low-smoke zero-halogen sheath adds a layer of fire safety that standard PVC cables simply cannot match, making it the responsible choice for public buildings, offices, and any space where people gather.

Highlights

• Category 6 performance with 250 MHz bandwidth for reliable Gigabit and 10-Gigabit Ethernet up to 55 m
• S/FTP shielding: individual foil per pair plus overall braid for superior EMI/RFI rejection
• LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket: emits minimal smoke and no toxic halogens in a fire
• Solid bare copper conductors, 23 AWG, for excellent conductivity and PoE support
• 30-metre bulk cable, unterminated, ready for custom-length patch or installation runs
• Violet colour for easy identification and colour-coded network management

In daily use

Installers will appreciate the balance between flexibility and durability. The 7.2 mm outer diameter fits standard RJ45 connectors and patch panels, while the solid conductors hold their shape after punching down. Because the cable is LSOH-rated, it can be run through plenum spaces and riser shafts where building codes demand low-smoke materials. Whether you are wiring a new office floor, upgrading a server room, or setting up a high-speed backbone, this cable delivers consistent, error-free transmission. It is fully compliant with TIA/EIA-568-C.2, ISO/IEC 11801, and EN 50173, and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) for devices like IP cameras and wireless access points.
