DSIT CAT 6 S/FTP LSOH netwerk-patchkabel, 1,5 m, zwart

In environments where safety and signal integrity are non-negotiable, this DSIT CAT 6 patch cable stands apart with its low-smoke zero-halogen jacket and full S/FTP shielding. Unlike standard PVC cables that release toxic fumes under fire, the LSOH sheath emits minimal smoke and no halogens, making it suitable for offices, schools, and public buildings. Each twisted pair is individually foil-wrapped, and the entire bundle is screened, providing superior protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk—even in dense server rooms or industrial settings.

Highlights

• CAT 6 performance: supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 55 meters and 250 MHz bandwidth
• S/FTP shielding: foil around each pair plus overall braid screen for maximum noise immunity
• LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket: safer in fire, low toxicity, and environmentally conscious
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors with molded strain relief for reliable, long-lasting connections
• Stranded 26 AWG copper conductors offer flexibility and easy routing in tight spaces
• Backward compatible with CAT 5e and CAT 5 networks

In daily use

This 1.5-meter black patch cable is ideal for connecting computers, switches, routers, patch panels, and other network devices. The slim, snagless boot design prevents accidental disconnection and protects the locking tab during frequent plugging and unplugging. The stranded copper construction remains flexible even in cold environments, while the gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain consistent signal quality over thousands of mating cycles. Whether you are upgrading a home office or wiring a professional rack, this cable delivers stable, high-speed connectivity without compromise.
