DSIT CAT 6a S/FTP LSOH netwerkkabel, 30 m, paars

For high-density 10 Gigabit installations where fire safety and signal integrity are non-negotiable, this DSIT CAT 6a cable delivers both. The S/FTP construction pairs an overall braided screen with foil-wrapped pairs, virtually eliminating alien crosstalk in bundled runs. The LSOH jacket emits low smoke and zero halogens, making it suitable for public buildings, data centres, and any space where evacuation safety matters.

Highlights

• 30-metre length covers floor-to-rack or long horizontal runs without splicing.
• Category 6a performance supports 10GBASE-T up to 500 MHz with headroom.
• S/FTP shielding: braided overall screen plus per-pair foil for superior EMI immunity.
• LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket meets IEC 60332-1, IEC 61034, and IEC 60754.
• 100% copper stranded conductors, 26 AWG, for flexibility and reliable PoE delivery.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors (50 µm) resist corrosion and maintain low contact resistance.
• Violet jacket aids colour-coded network segmentation.

In daily use

Terminate this cable into patch panels, switches, or wall outlets and forget about it. The stranded conductors tolerate repeated bending during installation and routine moves, while the rugged LSOH sheath resists abrasion in cable trays. PoE devices such as access points, IP cameras, and VoIP phones receive stable power up to the full 30-metre span, with minimal voltage drop thanks to pure copper conductors. The violet colour stands out against grey and black infrastructure, simplifying identification in crowded racks.
