DSIT DS-FT80 4-ventilator serverrack-koeleenheid met thermostaat voor 800 mm diepe kasten, 1U, 230V, zwart

Data centers and server rooms often struggle with heat pockets that can shorten hardware lifespan and cause unexpected shutdowns. The DSIT DS-FT80 fan unit tackles this by actively pulling hot air out of your 800 mm deep server cabinet. Equipped with four axial fans and an integrated thermostat, it automatically adjusts cooling based on the temperature inside the rack — no manual intervention needed. The 1U design fits neatly into standard 19-inch racks, making it a straightforward upgrade for network closets, IT rooms, and industrial enclosures.

Key specifications

• Four high-performance axial fans for efficient airflow
• Integrated thermostat for automatic temperature control
• Compatible with server cabinets with 800 mm depth
• 1U rack mount design, fits standard 19-inch rails
• Power input: 230V AC, 50/60 Hz, IEC C14 connector
• Durable steel housing in black
• CE and RoHS compliant

Why choose it

This fan unit delivers reliable active cooling without complex setup. The thermostat ensures fans run only when needed, reducing noise and energy consumption during low-load periods. Its compact 1U form factor saves valuable rack space while providing substantial airflow for equipment that runs hot, such as servers, switches, and UPS systems.

Ideal use cases

• Server rooms with multiple racks needing consistent cooling
• Network cabinets in offices or small data centers
• Industrial enclosures where ambient temperatures fluctuate
• Retrofitting existing 800 mm deep cabinets with active ventilation

Good to know

Installation is straightforward: mount the unit at the top or bottom of the cabinet using standard rack screws. The IEC C14 power connector works with common data center power cables. For best results, pair with blanking panels to direct airflow through equipment rather than around it. The steel construction ensures durability in demanding environments.
