DSIT vast legbord voor 600 mm diepe outdoor-serverkasten – 1U (DS-FH60-OUT)

In a remote telecom enclosure or an outdoor industrial cabinet, every unit of rack space counts. The DSIT DS-FH60-OUT fixed shelf gives you a solid, dependable platform for non-rackmount equipment, tools, or spare parts inside 600mm deep outdoor server cabinets. It bolts securely into standard 19-inch rails and holds up to 50 kg, making it ideal for battery packs, small UPS units, or test gear that would otherwise sit on the cabinet floor.

Why choose it

Outdoor cabinets face temperature swings, humidity, and vibration. This shelf is built from rugged cold rolled steel and coated with a durable powder finish that resists corrosion and scratches. The four-point mounting ensures the shelf stays level and stable even under heavy, uneven loads. Installation is straightforward: all screws and cage nuts are in the box, and the shelf aligns with standard square-hole rack rails.

Ideal use cases

• Supporting non-rackmount devices such as small KVM switches, modems, or media converters
• Holding tools, documentation, or spare cabling inside outdoor network cabinets
• Providing a base for battery backup units or compact power supplies
• Organizing equipment in industrial control enclosures exposed to the elements

Good to know

The shelf is designed specifically for cabinets with 600 mm depth, so it does not protrude beyond the rear rails. It is not vented, which helps contain small items and prevents them from falling through. For outdoor use, pair it with a sealed cabinet and proper cable glands to maintain the enclosure's IP rating. The shelf itself is RoHS compliant and comes with all necessary mounting hardware.
