Dummy-camerabuis met IR-LED's, CEE IR1800 W — niet-functionerende bewakingsdummy

CEE IR1800 W is a dummy tube camera with visible IR LED elements designed to simulate an active surveillance device. This non-functional surveillance deterrent reproduces the appearance of a working camera and is intended to increase perceived security in retail spaces, offices, entrances and residential areas. The unit is low-maintenance and easy to install, providing a visual signal of monitoring without recording capability.

Advantages

The CEE IR1800 W offers the look of an operational tube camera with visible IR LEDs that suggest night-time capability while remaining a non-recording replica. As a lightweight, low-maintenance deterrent it reduces installation complexity and ongoing costs compared with a full surveillance system. Its straightforward design makes it suitable for quick placement where an impression of surveillance is desired without the need for image capture, cabling for video transmission, or system integration.

How to use

Select an appropriate mounting location that is clearly visible to approach routes, entrances or areas requiring deterrence. Secure the CEE IR1800 W using appropriate fixtures for the mounting surface and ensure the visible IR LEDs face the area to be monitored visually. No electrical connection or video cabling is required; periodic checks for physical security and to ensure the housing and LEDs remain unobstructed are recommended. Use multiple units to increase perceived coverage in larger or multi-entrance sites.

Recommendations

Place the dummy camera at typical camera height and in clear view of entry points; combine with signage or real cameras in critical zones if actual recording and evidence collection are required.
