Ekivalan OM3 duplex glasvezel-patchkabel ST/ST 0,5 m aqua COZOM3STST2SA0005A

Connect short-distance 10 Gigabit Ethernet links in data centres and server rooms with this 0.5 m OM3 multimode fibre patch cable. It has ST connectors on both ends and a duplex 50/125 µm construction, making it suitable for patching between fibre panels, switches, and media converters where space is tight.

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM3 multimode 50/125 µm
• Connectors: ST to ST, duplex
• Length: 0.5 m
• Jacket: LSZH, aqua
• Insertion loss: ≤ 0.3 dB
• Return loss: ≥ 30 dB

Why choose it

The OM3 fibre supports 10 GbE up to 300 metres, and the LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke in case of fire. ST connectors provide a secure bayonet-style lock, ideal for legacy fibre installations.

Ideal use cases

• Patching between fibre distribution panels and network switches
• Connecting SFP+ transceivers in short-reach 10G links
• Upgrading existing multimode fibre infrastructure

Good to know

The aqua jacket follows industry colour coding for OM3 multimode fibre, making it easy to identify in crowded racks. The duplex zip-cord design keeps both fibres together for neat cable management.
