Epson UltraChrome Pro 12 inktpatroon 1 stuk origineel violet

The Epson T44JD40 UltraChrome PRO Violet ink cartridge contains 700 ml of original UltraChrome Pro violet pigment ink intended for professional and commercial print production. Based on Epson's K3 and HDR formulations, the aqueous pigment ink is designed to deliver extended gamut, improved colour accuracy and archival-level image stability. The formulation includes improved matte and photo black inks and a new yellow for enhanced durability and UV resistance; with the full UltraChrome PRO set (including Violet) it is possible to approach 99% Pantone coverage.

Advantages

The UltraChrome PRO Violet cartridge provides stable, water- and scratch-resistant prints with fast drying times. The ink contributes to an extended colour gamut and accurate colour reproduction, including brighter blues and pinks when used alongside Vivid Magenta and improved neutral greys with light and dark grey inks. The formulation enhances Dmax for better tonal range in both black-and-white and colour prints and increases overall print longevity through improved UV resistance.

How to use

Install the T44JD40 cartridge according to your Epson printer's instructions: power off the printer if recommended, open the cartridge compartment, remove protective seals from the cartridge, insert it into the correct slot until it clicks, and close the compartment. Run any required priming or nozzle checks and perform a test print to verify correct colour and flow. Follow the printer's maintenance procedures for head cleaning if needed.

Recommendations

Store cartridges upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within the manufacturer's recommended shelf life and avoid long-term storage of partially used cartridges in printers without regular use to prevent nozzle clogging. For colour-critical work, perform printer profiling and regular maintenance to ensure consistent results.
