Equip Cat.6 RJ-45 U/UTP patchkabel 0,15 m zwart

The Equip Cat.6 U/UTP patch cable (0.15 m) with RJ-45 connectors provides a compact, industry-standard connection for Ethernet networks. Constructed from quality materials and tested to meet applicable standards, this black cable supports gigabit data rates and is suitable for professional and home networking setups where a short, reliable link is needed.

Advantages

The Cat.6 U/UTP design offers higher bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower-category cables, enabling stable gigabit performance. RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with standard network ports, while the short 0.15 m length reduces cable clutter and potential signal loss in patching scenarios.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices in patch panels or switches over short distances
• Direct connections between nearby devices (PCs, routers, switches)
• Cable management in rack or desktop environments where a short jumper is required

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports of the devices to be connected until they click into place. Use the 0.15 m patch cable for short links between patch panels, switches, routers and computers. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling on the cable to preserve connector integrity and signal quality.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat.6 U/UTP cable in environments with standard electromagnetic conditions and maintain proper cable routing to minimise interference. Replace the cable if connectors show visible wear or if connection stability degrades.
