Equip Cat.6A S/FTP patchkabel, 30 m, blauw

The equip® Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cord is manufactured from quality materials and tested to meet industry standards. Designed for higher bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin, this Cat.6A cable supports ultrahigh, low-error performance in demanding network environments and is suitable for 10G applications.

Advantages

The cable construction with S/FTP shielding reduces crosstalk and external interference, enabling stable data transmission at higher speeds. Conformance to industry tests ensures reliable performance and compatibility with standard network equipment. The patch cord is suitable for data centers, server rooms and professional LAN installations requiring 10 Gigabit throughput.

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6A
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil‑shielded pairs)
• Intended use: 10G Ethernet and high‑bandwidth network applications
• Compliance: manufactured and tested to industry standards

How to use

Connect the RJ45 plugs of the patch cord between networking devices such as switches, patch panels and servers. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and routed to avoid sharp bends; maintain proper cable management to preserve shielding and signal integrity. Install within the specified channel length limits for Cat.6A to achieve intended 10G performance.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use the equip® Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cord together with compatible Cat.6A components and follow standard installation practices, including correct grounding of shielded systems and adherence to maximum run lengths for 10G Ethernet.
