Equip Swivel HDMI 2.0 kabel, 2 m, draaibare stekker

The Equip Swivel HDMI 2m cable is a 2-metre HDMI 2.0 lead with swivel Type A connectors and gold-plated contacts, designed for reliable transmission of high-definition audio and video. It supports 3D signals and Audio Return Channel (ARC), and includes Ethernet capability for bi-directional data streams when both connected devices support HDMI Ethernet Channel.

Advantages

Swivel HDMI plugs allow flexible orientation and easier connection in tight spaces. Gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and help maintain signal integrity. Support for HDMI 2.0 features such as 3D and ARC ensures compatibility with modern TVs, projectors and game consoles. Built-in Ethernet enables networked features between HDMI devices where supported.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs to set-top boxes, Blu-ray players or streaming devices
• Linking gaming consoles to displays
• Connecting projectors for home cinema or presentations
• Setups where connector orientation needs to be adjusted due to limited space

Key specifications

• Length: 2 m
• Connector type: HDMI Type A (Standard) to HDMI Type A (Standard)
• HDMI version: 2.0 (supports 3D, ARC)
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Colour: Black
• Weight: 0.109 kg

How to use

Connect one swivel HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI output of your source device (such as a Blu-ray player, game console or streaming box) and the other plug to the HDMI input of your display (TV or projector). Adjust the swivel orientation to reduce strain on connectors and fit in tight installation spaces. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display to the correct HDMI input. To use ARC, connect the cable to the HDMI ARC port on both TV and audio device and enable ARC in the device settings if required.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid sharp bends and heavy pulling on the cable, and connect only when devices are powered off or in standby. If you need networked features over HDMI, confirm that both connected devices support HDMI Ethernet Channel. Keep the gold-plated contacts clean and dry to preserve signal quality.
