Ernitec 0070-05842IH bewakingscamera dome IP-bewakingscamera binnen plafond/muur/mast

The Ernitec 0070-05842IH is an indoor IP security dome camera from the Orion DX 3 Series designed for ceiling, wall or pole mounting. It features a low-light CMOS sensor with 0.02 lux colour sensitivity, 30 fps at 1080p, 30x P-iris optical zoom supplemented by 12x digital zoom, and 1945 x 1097 effective pixels. The camera supports H.264/H.265 compression, OnVif Profile S/G/Q and Power over Ethernet Plus (IEEE 802.3at), and includes image stabilization and De-Fog functionality for clearer surveillance in challenging conditions.

Advantages

The camera combines a high-sensitivity CMOS sensor and 30x P-iris zoom to capture detailed images at low illumination levels, while EIS image stabilization and 120 dB high dynamic range improve clarity in scenes with strong contrast. H.264/H.265 codecs and PoE+ support simplify network deployment and reduce cabling, and OnVif compatibility ensures interoperability with standard video management systems.

Suitable for

• Indoor surveillance of large areas such as lobbies, corridors and retail floors
• Ceiling, wall or pole installations where pan-tilt-zoom coverage is required
• Situations needing low-light monitoring and de-fogging for clearer images

How to use

Mount the dome camera on a ceiling, wall or pole using appropriate fixings for the mounting surface. Connect the camera to the network via Ethernet and supply power using PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) or an approved power source. Configure IP settings and enable H.264/H.265 streams and OnVif profiles in the camera web interface or VMS. Use the pan, tilt and zoom controls to set patrols or presets; adjust image stabilization, HDR and De-Fog settings if required to optimise image quality for the scene.

Recommendations

For best results in low-light or foggy conditions, position the camera to minimise direct light sources in the frame, enable EIS and De-Fog, and use PoE+ to ensure stable power for PTZ and zoom operations. Integrate with an OnVif-compatible VMS for centralized monitoring and recording.
