Etikettenband TZ Brother TZE-FX631

The Brother TZE-FX631 label-making tape is a laminated TZ tape in yellow, 1.2 cm wide and 8 m long, designed for thermal transfer printing. It uses a specially formulated adhesive that bonds to laminate and to itself, allowing secure wrapping and long-lasting identification of cables, pipes and other cylindrical surfaces. The tape is compatible with a wide range of Brother label printers and is suited for wire wrapping, flagging and general labeling tasks.

Advantages

The laminated construction provides durability and resistance to abrasion and moisture, while the adhesive is engineered to stick reliably both to the laminate surface and to adjacent layers of tape. The 1.2 cm width and 8 m length offer a balance between compact labels and sufficient tape supply for multiple applications. High-contrast yellow colour improves visibility for identification on cables and piping.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the TZE-FX631 cassette into a compatible Brother label printer according to the printer's instructions. Design and print text using the printer's settings for laminated TZ tape. For wrapping cables or cylindrical items, print an appropriately sized label, wrap the tape around the item so the adhesive contacts the laminate or previous tape layer, and press firmly to secure. For flat surfaces, apply printed label and smooth out to remove air pockets.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best adhesion on cables and textured surfaces, ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Use the tape within its intended temperature ranges as specified by the printer manufacturer.
