Exertis Connect actieve USB-C-verlengkabel 5m USB 3.1 Gen 1 5Gbps 60W PD 149255

Extend your USB-C devices beyond the usual 1-meter limit with this active extension cable. Ideal for connecting a USB-C webcam, SSD, or docking station to a desktop PC or laptop placed on a desk or in a meeting room, the 5-meter reach lets you position peripherals exactly where you need them without losing signal quality.

Key specifications

• USB-C male to USB-C female extension cable
• USB 3.1 Gen 1 data transfer up to 5 Gbps
• Active chipset maintains signal integrity over 5 m
• Supports USB Power Delivery pass-through up to 60 W (20 V / 3 A)
• Backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1
• Plug-and-play, no drivers required

Why choose it

The built-in active electronics compensate for signal loss over long distances, so you get reliable 5 Gbps transfers even at full 5-meter extension. The female USB-C port lets you connect any standard USB-C cable or device, while the 60 W PD pass-through means you can charge laptops or power peripherals through the same cable.

Ideal use cases

• Extending a USB-C docking station away from a laptop
• Positioning a USB-C webcam or microphone at a distance from a PC
• Connecting an external SSD or hard drive without moving the computer
• Charging USB-C devices from a wall adapter placed farther away

Good to know

This cable does not support DisplayPort Alternate Mode, so it cannot carry video signals for monitors. It is designed for data and power only. The 24-pin USB-C connectors are fully wired for USB 3.1 Gen 1 functionality.
