EXSYS USB 3.2 Gen1 Active Optical Cable (AOC), 20m, USB-A naar USB-B, zwart EX-K1692

This EXSYS active optical cable breaks the 5-meter barrier of standard copper USB 3.2 Gen 1 cables, delivering full 5 Gbps SuperSpeed data over a 20-meter span. Unlike passive extensions that suffer signal degradation, its hybrid fiber-copper construction keeps data integrity intact across long distances, making it a reliable choice for industrial cameras, external storage arrays, and remote USB peripherals.

Highlights

• 20-meter active optical cable for USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) connections
• Hybrid design: fiber optics for data, copper for power delivery up to 900mA
• USB Type-A male to USB Type-B male connectors, backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.1
• Plug-and-play, hot-swappable, driverless operation on any OS
• High EMI/RFI resistance thanks to optical data transmission

In daily use

The EX-K1692 solves the problem of connecting high-bandwidth USB devices far from the host computer. Its active optical engine maintains stable 5 Gbps throughput even in electrically noisy environments, while the PVC jacket and black finish offer durability for professional installations. Whether you're extending a machine vision camera on a production line or placing a backup drive in a separate room, this cable delivers consistent performance without repeaters or hubs.
