How to use

Connect the optical drive to an available USB port using the included cable. Wait for the operating system to recognize the device; most modern systems will install necessary drivers automatically. Insert a CD or DVD into the tray and use your preferred media player or file manager to access, play, copy or burn disc content. To write data, open your disc-burning software, select the files or media to burn, choose the appropriate disc format and start the writing process. Eject discs using the system command or the drive's eject button.

Recommendations

Place the drive on a stable, flat surface while in use, avoid moving the drive during disc rotation to reduce the risk of read/write errors, and use compatible, high-quality blank discs for reliable burning. For best results with large file burns, verify that your system remains powered and connected until the burning and finalization processes complete.
