Fietshelm FISCHER BMX Splash XS/S met EPS-binnenschaal en verstelbare pasvorm

FISCHER BMX Splash XS/S is a bicycle helmet designed for urban and recreational BMX use. The helmet combines an EPS inner shell for impact absorption with an adjustable fit system to provide a secure, comfortable fit for smaller head sizes. Its compact shape and coverage are intended for casual riding, park sessions and short commutes where dependable protection and straightforward adjustment are required.

Advantages

The EPS inner shell delivers controlled energy absorption in the event of an impact while the external shell offers structural support and durability. The adjustable fit system allows quick size fine-tuning for a snug fit on XS/S head sizes, improving stability during turns and jumps. Lightweight construction reduces neck strain during longer rides, and simple strap and buckle controls make the helmet easy to put on and adjust.

Suitable for

• Urban BMX riding and street practice
• Recreational park sessions and light tricks
• Short bicycle commutes and errands
• Casual cycling where compact protection is preferred

Key specifications

• Construction: hard outer shell with EPS inner shell for impact absorption
• Fit system: adjustable retention for XS/S head sizes
• Intended use: BMX, urban and recreational cycling
• Weight: lightweight design for reduced fatigue
• Closure: adjustable chin straps with quick-release buckle
• Coverage: compact shape providing full-head protection typical for BMX helmets

How to use

Place the helmet on the head so it sits level and covers the forehead without tilting backwards. Use the adjustable fit system to tighten the retention until the helmet feels secure but not uncomfortably tight. Adjust the chin straps so they form a V-shape under the ears and fasten the buckle; ensure there is room for one or two fingers between the strap and the chin. Check fit and strap tension before every ride and retighten as needed after adjustment or impacts.

Recommendations

Inspect the helmet regularly for visible damage, cracks or severe dents; replace the helmet after any significant impact even if damage is not obvious. Follow manufacturer guidelines for fit and replacement intervals, store the helmet away from direct sunlight and high heat, and clean with mild soap and water. Use the helmet for activities consistent with its BMX and urban cycling design and do not modify the structure or padding.
