Fietshelm HJC ADWATT 1.5 wit, maat L — beschermhelm voor weg- en stadsfietsen

The HJC ADWATT 1.5 White, Size L is a protective bicycle helmet designed for road and city cycling. It combines a lightweight outer shell with an internal impact-absorbing liner and an adjustable retention system to provide a secure, comfortable fit for everyday training, commuting and recreational rides. The helmet includes ventilation channels and a modest aerodynamic profile to balance airflow and comfort during medium-intensity efforts while complying with applicable helmet safety standards.

Advantages

The helmet’s construction uses a low-weight shell bonded to an EPS liner that disperses impact energy, reducing transmitted force to the head. An adjustable retention system allows quick size fine-tuning for a consistent fit, while the interior padding offers basic comfort and wicks moisture. Ventilation ports assist cooling without compromising structural integrity, and the aerodynamic shaping reduces drag compared with non-streamlined city helmets.

How to use

Place the helmet level on your head so the front rim sits just above the eyebrows and tighten the retention system until the helmet feels snug but comfortable. Adjust the side straps to form a Y-shape beneath each ear and fasten the chin strap, leaving enough room to insert one or two fingers between the strap and your chin. Before each ride, check that the helmet is secure, that straps are not twisted, and that the liner and pads are clean and intact. Replace the helmet after a significant impact or if signs of damage appear.

Recommendations

Use the helmet for road and urban cycling where moderate ventilation and an aerodynamic shape are beneficial. Maintain the retention mechanism according to manufacturer guidance and wash or replace inner pads as needed to preserve comfort and hygiene. Do not modify the helmet, and follow local safety regulations regarding helmet use.
