How to use

Place the helmet on your head so it sits level and low on the forehead. Adjust the rear retention system until the helmet feels snug but not tight, and fasten the chin strap, leaving enough room to insert one or two fingers between the strap and your chin. Check that the helmet does not tilt excessively forward or backward and that the padded liners rest comfortably against your head. Replace the helmet if it sustains a significant impact or shows visible damage.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect straps, buckles and padding for wear. Clean the helmet with mild soap and water and avoid exposure to strong solvents or high heat. Store the helmet in a cool, dry place when not in use and follow local regulations for helmet safety and replacement intervals.
