How to use

Before use, check that the axe head is securely attached to the handle. Choose a stable chopping block and clear the work area of bystanders and obstacles. Hold the handle with both hands, place the workpiece on the block, and make controlled swings aimed along the wood grain. For splitting, target the edge or seam of the log and repeat strikes until the piece separates. Maintain a steady stance and use consistent, controlled force rather than excessive swinging. After use, wipe the blade clean, dry the tool thoroughly and store it in a dry place.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the axe for looseness or damage, maintain blade sharpness with a file or sharpening stone, avoid striking metal or stones, and store the tool dry and protected to prevent corrosion and damage to the handle.
