Fixeerunit Samsung SS031-67002, 230V vervanging voor compatibele Samsung-printers

Replacement fuser unit Samsung SS031-67002, 230V replacement for compatible Samsung printers is a service part designed to restore the heating and toner-fixing function in compatible laser printers. This 230V fuser assembly heats and presses toner onto paper to produce durable, smear-resistant prints and reduce paper feed problems caused by worn or damaged fuser components. It is intended for maintenance and repair tasks in office or home environments where original-equivalent fuser performance is required.

Advantages

The fuser unit restores consistent heat and pressure across the paper path to improve print reliability and reduce streaks or toner smearing. As a direct-replacement style assembly, it simplifies maintenance and often reduces downtime compared with attempting repairs to individual components. Using a correct-voltage fuser helps maintain expected print density and reduces the likelihood of repeated paper jams associated with a degraded fusing system.

Suitable for

• Routine maintenance and preventive replacement in office printers
• Repairing printers showing poor toner adhesion or repeated paper jams
• Home workspaces requiring durable, smear-resistant prints
• Service workshops performing component-level parts replacement

Key specifications

• Operating voltage: 230 V
• Function: heating and fixing toner to paper
• Type: replacement fuser assembly for compatible Samsung printers
• Intended environment: office and home printer maintenance

How to use

Power off the printer and disconnect it from the mains before beginning replacement. Allow the machine to cool if it was recently used. Open the printer's access panels according to the manufacturer's service instructions, remove the old fuser assembly by releasing retaining screws or clips, and install the replacement fuser in the same orientation. Secure the unit with the original fasteners and reconnect any electrical connectors. Close access panels, reconnect power, and perform a test print or fuser calibration procedure as recommended by the printer manufacturer.

Recommendations

Use this 230V fuser unit only in compatible printer models and follow the printer manufacturer's service instructions. Replace fusers in pairs with scheduled maintenance intervals if multiple machines are in service, and dispose of removed parts according to local electronic-waste regulations.
