Flightcase Roadinger 30107270 MDF zwart zilver 10,6 kg

The Roadinger 30107270 Flight case is a transport and storage solution constructed from medium-density fibreboard (MDF). With a documented weight of 10.6 kg, this case combines rigid panel construction and protective metal fittings in a black and silver finish to protect equipment during handling and transit. The design focuses on secure closure, impact resistance from the rigid shell and corner reinforcement, and straightforward handling for professional use.

Advantages

The MDF construction offers dimensional stability and a flat, solid surface that resists deformation under normal transport conditions. Metal-reinforced edges and corners contribute to durability and help protect the internal contents from shocks. The black and silver aesthetic provides a professional appearance while the overall build concentrates on reliable protection and ease of stacking and storage.

How to use

Place equipment into the flight case on a stable, flat surface and ensure items are secured to prevent movement during transport. Close and fasten the metal latches to engage the secure closure; verify that lids and lids’ edges align correctly before lifting. When loading into vehicles or storage racks, be mindful of the case weight (10.6 kg) and use correct lifting technique or assistance as needed to avoid strain. Store the case in dry conditions to minimise potential moisture exposure to the MDF panels.

Recommendations

For long-term protection of internal equipment, use foam inserts, padding or internal racks tailored to the item dimensions. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy moisture or immersion; inspect metal fittings periodically for tightness and perform routine cleaning with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
