The Roadinger 30111570 Plywood Black Silver flight case is a sturdy transport case constructed from durable plywood and finished in a black and silver exterior. Designed to protect sensitive equipment during transit, this case combines a rigid shell with reinforced edges and metal fittings to resist shocks and everyday wear. With a declared weight of 5.7 kg and a compact, stackable profile, it is intended for professional use where reliable protective housing and easy handling are required.

Advantages

The plywood construction provides a balance of strength and weight, offering robust protection while remaining portable. Key specifications

How to use

Place equipment inside the case ensuring items are secured and do not move freely; use internal padding or foam inserts if available to reduce movement and absorb shocks. Close the lid and engage all latches until they lock to create a stable closure. Use the recessed handles to lift and carry the case, preferably with two people for heavier loads or when maneuvering stairs or uneven surfaces. When stacking multiple cases, align corners and secure them to prevent shifting during transport.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect metal fittings, handles and latches for wear and tighten or replace hardware as needed. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to protect the plywood core. For delicate or high-value items, combine the flight case with custom foam inserts and consider additional shock-absorbing packaging during long shipments.
