Flightcase Roadinger 31000570 berkenhout 8,7 kg bruin

The Roadinger flight case in birch construction provides a rigid, protective enclosure for transporting audio, lighting and stage equipment. Constructed from birch plywood and reinforced at edges and corners, this brown flight case is designed for professional use where impact resistance and secure storage are required. At a weight of 8.7 kg, the case balances structural strength with manageable portability for road crews and technicians.

Advantages

The birch plywood body delivers high dimensional stability and resistance to splitting under load while keeping overall weight moderate. Reinforced aluminum edges and steel hardware improve durability during repeated handling and transit. A fitted interior and secure latching system reduce movement of contents and protect sensitive equipment from shocks and vibrations. The neutral brown finish provides a professional appearance suitable for a variety of stage and transport environments.

How to use

Place equipment inside on any supplied foam or fitted inserts to prevent movement; if no inserts are present, add suitable foam padding to protect connectors and fragile components. Close and fasten all latches before lifting or stacking. Use recessed handles to carry the case and avoid dragging or dropping it. When loading into vehicles, position the heaviest items on the bottom and secure the case to prevent sliding during transit.

Recommendations

For long-term protection, inspect metal hardware and corner reinforcements periodically for wear and tighten fasteners as needed. Store the case in a dry environment to prevent moisture exposure to the plywood. Consider using custom-cut foam inserts for optimal fit and maximum protection of delicate or irregularly shaped equipment.
