The Roadinger 31000800 Aluminium Birch Black flight case is a protective transport solution combining aluminium framing with birch panels and a black finish. Designed to shield audio, lighting and other professional equipment from shocks and impacts during transit, this flight case balances structural rigidity with manageable weight. It provides a secure enclosure for sensitive gear while offering a professional appearance for stage, rehearsal and touring use.

Advantages

The construction integrates lightweight aluminium profiles with durable birch plywood panels to deliver resistance to deformation and repeated handling. Reinforced corners and reliable hardware contribute to impact protection and long-term durability. The black finish reduces visible wear and offers a neutral look that fits different environments. How to use

Place equipment inside the case so that items are supported on flat surfaces and do not press against the lid. Use internal padding, foam inserts or tie-downs as required to prevent movement. Close and secure all latches and check corner fittings before lifting. When loading into vehicles, position the case to distribute weight evenly and avoid stacking heavy objects on top without additional protection.

Recommendations

For prolonged protection, use custom-cut foam inserts for each piece of equipment and check hardware periodically for tightness. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture; if the case becomes wet, dry it thoroughly before storage to preserve birch panels and metal parts.
