FSC Tape Kit LTO9HH 18TB 300MB/s SAS 12Gb externe LTO-9 Half-Height tapestreamer

External LTO-9 half-height tape drive kit delivers 18TB native capacity per cartridge and 300MB/s native transfer rate over SAS 12Gb/s, ideal for high-capacity backup, archival, and disaster recovery with AES-256 encryption and WORM support.

Advantages

High native capacity of 18TB per cartridge (up to 45TB compressed) reduces media handling and storage footprint. Fast 300MB/s native transfer rate (up to 750MB/s compressed) minimizes backup windows. SAS 12Gb/s interface ensures reliable high-throughput connectivity. Hardware-based AES-256 encryption secures sensitive data. WORM support enables immutable storage for compliance. Backward read/write compatibility with LTO-8 and read compatibility with LTO-7 protects prior investments. Half-height form factor saves desktop space. Includes 2.5m SAS cable and power cord for immediate setup.

Suitable for

• Small and medium businesses requiring cost-effective, high-capacity backup
• IT departments needing fast, reliable archival storage
• Organizations with compliance requirements for data immutability (WORM)
• Environments with existing LTO-8 or LTO-7 media
• Users seeking hardware encryption for data security
