Columbia Silver Ridge Utility Convertible broek short - zwart maat S

When the trail stretches from cool morning ascents to sun-baked ridgelines, carrying separate shorts and trousers adds weight and hassle. These convertible hiking pants solve that with zip-off legs that transform full-length trousers into 10-inch shorts in seconds, so you adapt to changing terrain and temperature without breaking stride.

Who is it for

Built for male hikers, trekkers, and travellers who need versatile legwear for multi-day trips, variable climates, or minimalist packing. The regular fit and short inseam suit smaller frames, while the durable ripstop fabric handles brush, rock, and repeated wear.

Tips

For maximum versatility, wear as trousers during cool mornings or brushy sections, then zip off the legs when the sun climbs. The UPF 50 rating means you can skip sunscreen on covered areas, but reapply on exposed skin. Machine wash cold and hang dry to preserve the recycled nylon's integrity and water-repellent finish.
