Genesis Gear step-up filterring 30,5mm naar 37mm zilver

When you mount a 37mm filter on a lens with a 30.5mm thread, this Genesis Gear step-up ring bridges the gap. It screws into the lens front, then accepts the larger filter, so you can use your existing filters across different lenses. The silver anodized aluminum keeps it light and durable.

Why choose it

Instead of buying duplicate filters for every lens, this ring lets you adapt your 37mm filters to a 30.5mm lens. The anodized aluminum resists scratches and corrosion, and the slim design adds minimal bulk. It's a practical, affordable way to expand your filter compatibility.

Ideal use cases

• Using 37mm UV, polarizing, or ND filters on a 30.5mm lens
• Adapting close-up lenses or other threaded accessories
• Travel kits where carrying multiple filter sizes is impractical
• Videography rigs with small-diameter lenses

Good to know

The ring is universal for any lens and filter with the specified thread sizes. Always ensure both threads are clean before mounting to avoid cross-threading. The silver finish matches many classic lens designs.
