Glasvezelkabel Ubiquiti UACC-OFC-M2-LULU-5M LC/LC 5m OM4

The Ubiquiti UACC-OFC-M2-LULU-5M is a 5 m indoor fibre optic patch cable with OM4 multi-mode fibre and duplex LC UPC connectors. Designed for high-speed data transmission, this LC/LC OM4 cable provides full-duplex connectivity in a compact LC form factor and uses an LSZH jacket for reduced smoke and halogen emissions.

Advantages

This OM4 multi-mode fibre cable delivers improved bandwidth and lower modal dispersion compared with lower-grade multimode fibres, supporting reliable short- to medium-range links. Duplex LC UPC connectors ensure stable, repeatable connections and compatibility with equipment that accepts LC connectors. The LSZH jacket material reduces toxic fumes in confined indoor environments.

Suitable for

• Data centre horizontal and rack-to-rack connections
• Server-to-switch and switch-to-switch links
• High-speed LAN backbones and aggregation
• Indoor structured cabling in offices and telecom rooms

How to use

Route the cable through the intended indoor pathway and secure it to avoid sharp bends; maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for multimode fibre. Remove dust caps from the LC connectors just before insertion and plug each LC connector into the corresponding LC receptacle on the devices. Verify link status on connected equipment and perform optical testing if required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep connectors clean and protected with dust caps when not in use, avoid tight bends or crushing, and use multimode-compatible transceivers and patch panels rated for OM4 fibre.
