HDMI/DVI-D-kabel Alcasa 1 m

The Alcasa 1m HDMI/DVI-D Cable by Good Connections is a 1-metre black video cable designed to link HDMI-equipped sources to DVI-D displays and devices. With HDMI on one end and a DVI-D connector on the other, and a 6 mm cable diameter, it provides a compact, single-piece solution for transmitting high-quality video and audio where supported by source and sink devices. The cable is supplied as one unit and is intended for straightforward installation between computers, monitors, projectors and other AV equipment that accept these connector types.

Advantages

This HDMI/DVI-D cable combines common connector types to support reliable digital video transfer with minimal signal loss. The 1 m length reduces clutter in desktop setups and near-screen installations while the 6 mm diameter balances flexibility and durability. The black finish integrates unobtrusively into most AV environments. The one-piece packaging makes it simple to store and handle.

Suitable for

• Connecting a computer or media player with HDMI output to a monitor or projector with a DVI-D input
• Short-distance video connections in home offices, classrooms, and meeting rooms
• Replacing or adding a single cable between display devices and sources where 1 m length is sufficient

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 m
• Connector A: HDMI
• Connector B: DVI-D
• Cable diameter: 6 mm
• Colour: Black
• Package quantity: 1 piece

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off or in a safe state for connection. Insert the HDMI connector into the HDMI output of the source device and the DVI-D connector into the DVI-D input of the display, aligning connectors carefully to avoid damage. After securing the connection, power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display. Configure display resolution and audio settings on the source device as required; note that audio transmission depends on the devices and the DVI-D input capability.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this cable for short-range digital video links up to 1 metre. Avoid sharp bends or pinching the cable near the connectors to maintain signal integrity. If audio is required and the display does not accept audio over DVI-D, use a separate audio connection or an alternative cable that carries audio end-to-end.
