Netwerkkabel Alcasa 3m Cat6 S/FTP blauw

The Networking Cable Alcasa 3m Cat6 S/FTP Blue is a 3 meter Ethernet cable designed for reliable wired network connections. Constructed to Cat6 performance with S/FTP shielding, this cable provides stable data transfer and reduced electromagnetic interference for wired networks in home and office environments. Fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and finished in blue, it combines standard connectivity with a clear visual appearance for cable organization.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding improves resistance to external electromagnetic noise and helps maintain signal integrity over the 3 m run. Cat6 performance supports higher data rates and lower crosstalk compared with lower category cables, making it suitable for modern network applications. Standard RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with most switches, routers and network devices, while the blue jacket makes identification and routing straightforward in multi-cable setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, laptops and network printers to switches or routers
• Home networking and multimedia streaming setups
• Office cabling between workstations and network ports
• Temporary or permanent patching in structured cabling closets

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foiled pairs)
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Color: Blue

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into a router, switch or wall outlet with a corresponding Ethernet port. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the locking clip clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible. For rack or wall installations, use appropriate cable management to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable for runs up to 3 m in typical desktop and office environments. Avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines to reduce possible interference. When connecting devices for gigabit Ethernet or higher speeds, verify that both endpoints and intermediate network hardware support the required data rates and proper shielding termination.
