Good to know

The CC 120 is designed for home kitchen use and works with steel knives, including stainless and carbon steel. For best results, clean the removable sharpening modules regularly. Avoid using on serrated blades, as the fixed angle may not match their geometry. The compact footprint fits easily on a countertop or in a drawer when not in use.
