Graef Piccolo messenslijper zwart grijs

The Graef Piccolo pull-through knife sharpener is a compact manual sharpener designed for home kitchens and portable use such as camping or hunting. Measuring approximately 40 mm wide, 98 mm deep and 43 mm high, the Piccolo restores blade edges quickly using two sequential sharpening stages: tungsten carbide for initial re-profiling and ceramic for fine honing. It is intended as a simple alternative to a traditional sharpening steel and is suitable for routine maintenance of most kitchen knives.

Advantages

The two-stage system combines a tungsten carbide slot for fast edge correction with a ceramic slot for smoothing and refining the cutting edge. Its pull-through design and compact dimensions make the Piccolo easy to use and transport. The product offers consistent results with minimal effort and requires no special skills to operate.

Suitable for

• Routine sharpening of kitchen knives
• On-the-go sharpening while camping or hunting
• Maintaining pocket and utility knives with straight edges

How to use

Clean the blade after sharpening to remove any residue.

Recommendations

Use the Graef Piccolo for routine maintenance rather than repairing heavily damaged or chipped blades. For very dull or damaged knives, initial professional sharpening or a dedicated coarse tool may be required. Store the sharpener dry and keep out of reach of children.
